ORGANISATIONAL SET UP OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
Duties and Functions of Head of the Department

1.	Act as Apponting authority in respect of establishment of Clerical Staff.
2	Act as appointing authority in r/o Lecturer (Schools), DPE's.
3.	Act as Disciplinary Authority in r/o Ministerial Cadre, Lecturer (Schools) and DPE's.
4.	Act as controlling Officer in r/o establishment of Education Department.
